Pamela LoCicero is mainly a watercolor painter and has been painting over the past 20 years as a watercolorist. She recently began painting in oils but watercolor is her first love. She enjoys subject matter that reflects her love of nature in both a tropical climate and Rochester, New York’s sometimes frigid climate.
Since returning to New York she has enjoyed having the subjects that she missed before. But ironically some of the subjects that she had enjoyed in Miami have made their way into her current work. She also enjoys painting local scenery like Corbett’s Glen Park in Brighton and Ellison Park. Her most reoccurring subjects seem to be rocks and water, two eternal elements. If there is a special place that you would like captured in watercolor or oil she is happy to accept commissions.

Bauder College, Miami, Florida, Associate of Arts degree Interior Design
Studied architecture at Florida International University, Miami, Florida
Workshops taken– Judi Betts, Gerald Brommer, Tom Lynch, Fred Graff Carlton
Plummer and many other accomplished artists and instructors.
Currently studying with Steve Carpenter a world renowned artist.
Past member of Miami Watercolor Society, Gold Coast Watercolor Society,
Waterworks Painting Group and American Artist Professional League in Miami
Member Pittsford Art Group and Central New York Watercolor Society
Has exhibited in and won awards in Flordia.
Has also exhibited at Edith Barrett Gallery, Utica College, Utica, NY and Cooperstown as well as in the Rochester, NY area including Steve Carpenter Gallery and Art Center Emerging Artists Exhibitions 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008
